``Friday enrichment has been a wonderful opportunity to do something enjoyable (and yummy!) together with my daughter, Brynn. Getting to cook foods from different cultures has expanded her palate and increased her independence in the kitchen. Ms. B is an Oak Park gem! Her knowledge and calm, warm personality make all kids (and their parents) feel like true chefs! Her class is a highlight of our week! Thank you OPEF!`` -Ellen Chevalier
